You are all invited to join our free workshop on English Phonology.
You are all invited to join our second free workshop. Phonology is a wide subject: Dario will continue working with you on the phonetic alphabet and pronunciation, by focusing on the differences in pronunciation between British, Irish and other forms of English, with more different exercises.

Visit to St. Patrick’s Cathedral

This is a really important historical, religious and architectural site in Dublin: named after the patron saint who brought Christianity to Ireland, St. Patrick’s Cathedral was founded in 1191 and it is the largest church in Ireland and one of Dublin’s two Church of Irelandcathedrals. The writer and satirist Jonathan Swift, author of Gulliver’s Travels, was Dean of the cathedral from 1713 to 1745. His grave and epitaph can be seen in the cathedral, along with those of his friend Stella.

Meet there at 9pm or at the school reception at 8:50pm.
A great mix of fantastic beer (the Porterhouse is Dublin’s first pub brewery) and music, together with good company, make this pub perfect to enjoy your Friday night in Dublin. We then hope to see you all there!

Au Pair & Summer Social Club: ‘Feed the deer!’ – Visit to Phoenix Park
1pm to 3pm – Meet at 5, Talbot Street
Price: Free and open to all au pairs and students!
Walk with us throughout the beautiful, vast expanses of grass: discover where the deer wander into the woods and get as close to them as possible!

Day Trip: Belfast Day tour
Meet 07:50 at Molly Malone Statue on Suffolk street.
Please note: This trip must be booked in advance. Book at the reception before Thursday lunchtime.
This trip includes visits to the Belfast Peace Wall, the Republican Museum, St Patrick’s Grave & Exhibition Centre at Downpatrick, Dundrum Castle, the Mourne Mountains and Gravity Hill.
