Visit to the National Gallery
Meet at 2pm at 5, Talbot Street
The National Gallery of Ireland is located in the heart of Dublin and holds the national collection of European and Irish fine art. The gallery is now hosting the exhibitions ‘Creating History: Stories of Ireland’, ‘Turner Watercolors’, and The Hennessy Portrait Prize, a display of contemporary portraiture.

Pub Night: Porterhouse (Temple Bar)
Price: Free in, buy your own drinks
Location: 16-18 Parliament St, Dublin 2
Meet there at 9pm or at the school reception at 8:50pm.
The Porterhouse in Temple Bar is Dublin’s first pub brewery. It brews its own great beers and offers a huge choice of different beers from all around the world.What’s great is also the live music you can enjoy there: both traditional music sessions and rock music are performed during the weekend!
Saturday, 14th January
Au Pair Club: Clay Modeling
1pm to 3pm – At 5, Talbot Street
Price: Free and open to all au pairs!
Learn to model with clay and create beautiful hand-made objects. It’s relaxing and fun! While you are modelling clay, chit-chat with other au pairs and make new friends!
Sunday, 15th January
Day Trip: Celtic Boyne Valley
Departure: 08:00am. Meet at 07:50 at Molly Malone Statue on Suffolk street.
Please note: This trip must be booked in advance. Book at the reception before Thursday lunchtime.
Trip includes a visit to the sacred site of Loughcrew Trim Castle, the Hill Of Tara, some time in the village of Slane, a visit to the religious site at Monasterboice and 2 hours in the historical town of Drogheda.
