A short social programme this week because of the Easter holiday: Wednesday Day Trip to the Phoenix Park and Thursday Cinema Club: ‘Michael Collins’
Wednesday, 23rd March
Visit to Phoenix Park
Meet at 2pm at the reception at 5 Talbot Street.
Enjoy wild nature right in the city centre: walk with us throughout beautiful, vast expanses of grass, climb hills and find out where the deer wander into the woods. This and more is what you can do in Phoenix Park!
Thursday, 24th March
Cinema Club: Michael Collins
3pm, at 45, Parnell Square West Room #2
In the early 20th century, Michael Collins leads the Irish Republican Army, in a violent battle for Ireland’s independence from Britain. But, when he fears the defeat of his revolution, Collins negotiates a treaty with the British, deeming him a traitor to the IRA. When he receives orders to murder his friends, Collins must decide where his loyalties lie…
Director: Neil Jordan
Writer: Neil Jordan
Stars: Liam Neeson, Aidan Quinn, Julia Roberts
For the rest of the week there won’t be any other social activity because of Easter holiday.
The school will be closed for Easter from Good Friday 25th March until Easter Monday 28th March so there will be no classes on Friday, Saturday and Monday.
We will reopen on Tuesday 29th March at 9am with classes running normally.
As usual, you can recover any classes you miss as a result of public holidays at any other time that suits you.
We wish you all a Happy Easter!
