Monday Workshop Series – Learn English through lyrics of popular songs

Price: Free and open to all students!
Learn English through the lyrics of famous songs! This week you will go through the lyrics of the song ‘It’s my life’ sung by Bon Jovi. Focus on the pronunciation of the words, through listening and reading exercises, and on their meaning! Get the general sense of the song and discuss it! Hear it here.

Visit to Botanic Gardens
Meet at 2pm at the reception at 5 Talbot Street.
Enjoy with us the planted glasshouses, the herbaceous borders, the rose garden, the alpine yard, the pond area, the rock garden and a lot more besides at the Botanic Gardens!

Pub night: The Church
Price: Free in, buy your own drinks

Meet there at 9:00 or at 08:50 at the school reception
The Church is a very unique venue: a 300 year old converted Church, now a popular Bar, Restaurant and Nightclub in the centre of Dublin City. Join us for a weekend drink!

Au Pair Club: Café

Price: Free and open to all au pairs!
Come and have a nice cup of tea or coffee and some cake, cookies or fruit while enjoying the company of other au pairs.
Sunday, 20th August
Day Trip: Cliffs of Moher
Departure: 06:50am. Meet at 06:40 at Molly Malone Statue on Suffolk Street.
Please note: This trip must be booked in advance. Book at the reception before Thursday lunchtime.
Trip includes a tour of the Cliffs of Moher, a visit to Doolin Village, a short trek around the Burren and a photo stop at Dunguaire castle.
