Day Out: Guinness Storehouse

Meet at 2pm at the reception at 5 Talbot Street.

Admission ticket: €11,50 (this includes a pint of Guinness upon presentation of valid ID)

Bus fare: €2,35 cash or €1.95 Leap Card.

Come along with us for an experience at Ireland’s top visitor attraction.

At the Guiness Storehouse you will learn what goes into making the “Black Stuff” – the ingredients, the process, the passion. The tour ends in Gravity Bar, where visitors will receive a complimentary pint of Guinness while relaxing and enjoying spectacular views of Dublin.

Porterhouse Central is a lively pub with a welcoming atmosphere. The Pub offers an extensive range of imported bottle beers,along with wines, cocktails and micro self-brewed draught beers. Join us for a fun Friday night: have a beer with us and meet new other students!

Join the Au Pair Club for a unique experience of Irish dancing!

Have a lot of fun and learn how to dance traditional Irish music with a professional dancer. You’ll have a ball!

Book at reception. NB: This trip must be booked in advance. Book at the reception before Thursday lunchtime.

Trip includes a visit to Kilkenny city and a tour of Glendalough with its monastic site.
