Visit to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral

Founded in 1191, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral is the largest church in Ireland and one of Dublin’s two Church of Ireland cathedrals. It is, as you might expect, named after the patron saint who brought Christianity to Ireland. It is adjacent to the famous well where tradition has it Saint Patrick baptised people on his visit to Dublin.

Cinema Club: The Princess Bride

Meet us at O’Reilly’s at 9pm or at the school reception at 8:50pm
Price: Free, but you buy your own drinks!
Meet your fellow students, practise your English and enjoy Dublin’s great nightlife. O’Reilly’s is famous for its good music and cheap pints.

Au Pair Club Café
1pm to 3pm at 5, Talbot Street, upstairs
Price: Free and open to all au pairs working in Ireland, not just our students!
Come along to drink some tea or coffee and to enjoy some delicious sweets. Moreover, practice your English and get to know other Au Pairs just like you!
Sunday 7th February
Day Trip: Cliffs of Moher, Atlantic Edge Ocean Walk and Galway City
Departure: 07:10am at Gresham Hotel on O’Connell Street
NB: This trip must be booked in advance. Book at the reception before Thursday lunchtime
Trip includes exploring of the Cliffs of Moher, admittance ticket to the Atlantic Edge (a visitor centre), visit to the Burren National Park along the Atlantic Coast and some time in Galway City.
