We are delighted to announce the beginning of a new specialist English course at the Central School of English.
‘Medical English’ classes begin this week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm and are open to both our current students and new joiners.
The classes are aimed at people who are working or intend to work in the health professions, such as nurses and doctors.
While focussing on speaking and listening, the course will cover essential medical vocabulary needed to improve the communication skills and specialist English language knowledge of healthcare professionals. Exercises will be based on authentic tasks and activities that occur in a hospital or other healthcare facilities – from dealing with patients in pain to discussing lifestyle changes.
The minimum level of English already required to join these classes is Intermediate.Check Prices Take a Free Trial Ask a Question
