English Classes in Dublin City Centre
The Central School of English occupies three buildings in the very heart of Dublin City Centre, all just two minutes walk from the city’s famous Spire and it’s main street, O’Connell Street.
Our main building – a beautiful Georgian building at 46 Parnell Square West – is just to the north of O’Connell Street on the West side of Parnell Square, Dublin’s oldest square.
The main reception is here and it is open from 9am to 9 pm from Monday to Friday.
The other buildings are five minutes’ walk away to the East of the Spire on O’Connell Street at 23 Marlborough Street and 5 Talbot Street.
23 Marlborough Street has additional classrooms and is open from 9am to 9pm.
5 Talbot Street contains classrooms and a Student Study Area and is open from 9am to 5pm.Students can study at any of the buildings and can make use of all the facilities the three schools have to offer.
All three buildings have a full kitchen for students’ use, a lounge and free Wi-Fi.
At 46 Parnell Square West, there is a beautiful rear patio, where students can enjoy a coffee and where we have barbecues in the summer.
All schools stay open all year round except for a few days at Christmas, Easter and on public holidays.
Our classrooms are bright and airy and have comfortable seating. There are many inexpensive cafes and restaurants nearby and bargains to be had from the neighbouring shops.
You are welcome to call into the school during our opening hours to take a look around, to meet our teachers and to find out about the English courses we offer.
Visiting us on a Saturday? Our main office is open at 46 Parnell Square West from 11am to 5pm. We look forward to meeting you!
